Why units choose MySummitKeep

Web-based

MySummitKeep runs in your browser and is cloud-based, so there is no desktop install to set up or keep in sync.

All four programs

Track advancement for Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing and Sea Scouts in one platform (included on every plan, including free Basecamp).

Health forms: on file, not on screen

Health form tracking records whether a current form is on file without storing the medical record itself (included on every plan). Health-record fields also get an extra layer of field-level AES-256 encryption.

Free to start

Basecamp is free forever, with no credit card required. Summit is $99 per unit per year and Peak is $179 per unit per year, billed annually, with no per-Scout fees. The first 100 units lock in Summit at $79 or Peak at $149 a year. Summit and Peak each come with a 30-day free trial; when it ends the unit stays on Basecamp.
